RESIDENTS - Just moved in?

Some important information for new residents:
Levies are payable on the first of each month either via direct transfer into the HOA’s bank account, by cheque/cash/credit or debit card at the HOA’s office, via the drop boxes at the Lynnwood and Hans Strijdom Gates (cheques only) or by debit order.
Household and garden refuse is removed weekly by a private contractor. Refuse is collected every Wednesday (Phase 1) or Thursday (Phases 2 and 3). Bins must be placed on the pavements before 08:00 in the morning.
Important: All dirtbins are supplied by the HOA. Owners are charged per bin (added to the levy account). An additional bin may be requested for garden refuse. The dirtbin remains the property of the HOA, do not remove it should you move out of Silver Lakes.
Access to the Estate must be arranged through the HOA office.
Residents are required to provide the HOA office with their contact details for the Click-On Access System (for visitor access).
All golf carts must be registered annually with the Golf Club.
The Intra Muros magazine is delivered once a month to each household.
Applications for Silver Lakes post boxes, which are situated just outside the Lynnwood Gate, can be made at the Willow Way Post Office.
The water and sewerage facilities in Silver Lakes are provided by Kungwini Local Municipality while Tshwane Municipality supplies the electricity and maintains the street lights.
Please collect a copy of the Rules from the HOA office or click here to download them from the website (File in PDF format).
All plans for any new structure must be submitted to the HOA for approval prior to submission to Kungwini Local Municipality.
